Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of the l2gordon.com website, user accounts and the L2 Gordon game server (the "service"), which we run as a fan project. By registering you agree to these terms, the Server Rules and the Privacy Policy.

2. Account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for your account and its security. Do not share your login details; we recommend turning on two-factor sign-in.

Accounts, characters and items must not be sold, bought or transferred for money or any other reward outside the service.

3. Rules and penalties

Follow the Server Rules when using the service. If you break them, we may, depending on severity, restrict, suspend or close accounts or characters, without compensation.

4. Gordon Tokens and supporting the server

Gordon Tokens (GT) are a virtual currency you receive for voluntarily supporting the server (donating). They can only be used for virtual items and services in the game.

GT and virtual items have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged back for money and cannot be transferred outside the service.

Prices and offers may change. You always see the current rate and bonuses before you pay.

GT are credited once the payment is confirmed. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

5. Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it; there may be outages, maintenance, changes to game content or an end to the service.

We may change game content (items, characters, game balance) for development and bug fixes.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or the loss of virtual items caused by errors, outages or rule violations.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end the service or an account if these terms or the rules are broken, or if the server is shut down.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will announce significant changes on the website. By continuing to use the service you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. This does not affect the rights consumers have under the law of their country.
