Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data

The controller of personal data is the operator of the L2 Gordon game server ("we"). For any privacy matter, contact us at support@l2gordon.com or through a ticket in the Support section.

2. What data we process

Account: e-mail, username, password (only as a secure hash, never readable), language, security settings (two-factor sign-in) and, if you link it, your Discord account.

Game: game accounts, characters and game statistics needed for rankings and account services.

Security: IP address, device and browser type and sign-in time. Used to protect your account (new sign-in alerts, device list) and to prevent abuse.

Payments: amount, currency, status and payment ID. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments; we do not store your wallet or other payment details.

Support: the content of tickets and e-mails you send us.

Voting: when you vote on toplists, we ask them whether a vote was made from your IP address.

3. Why and on what basis

Running your account, the game and the services you order (performance of a contract).

Security, fraud prevention and enforcing the server rules (legitimate interest).

Keeping payment records (legal obligation and legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share data with

Only providers the website and game cannot run without: Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot protection), Webglobe (e-mail), NOWPayments (crypto payments), Discord (only if you link your account) and the toplists Hopzone and L2Top (vote check by IP address).

Some of them may process data outside the EU; in that case we rely on standard contractual clauses or other safeguards under the GDPR.

5. How long we keep data

Account data for as long as the account exists. When you delete your account we remove it, except records we must or need to keep (such as payments and rule-violation records), and only for as long as that purpose requires.

Sign-in security records are kept for a limited time.

6. Cookies

We only use necessary cookies and browser storage: sign-in (session), your chosen language, form protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and remembering that you saw the cookie notice. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can delete your account yourself in Settings; for other requests write to support@l2gordon.com.

If you disagree with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic: the Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will announce significant changes on the website.
